Intelligent thoughts while sitting on the toilet

HI! lol. I added my facebook profile to my links that way if you want to, you can read all that fun stuff. My current status came to me while i was sitting on the toilet which i found HIGHLY amusing. Anyways.... I am really excited about my trip to Kansas City to see one of my best friends ( i consider him family though so....), not to mention that i will be going to Worlds of Fun! Which will be AWESOME!!! If you are wondering why I am so all over the place tonight ( if you even noticed lol) it is because i am really tired and i drank almost a whole can of coke.... so yeah. You know guys say girls are complicated and i agree but what guys don't say is that they are also complicated and hard to figure out. Well let me put it this way.... SOME guys are hard to figure out, some guys can be described using phrases such as 'LOVES video games', 'LOVES food' or ' LOVES food AND video games' lol.  But there is this guy that i honestly would love to peek  into his brain every once in awhile because he does things that has me sitting there scratching my head and saying HUH!!! Although i have to ask, would I and/or you want a guy that was so easily understood? Where would the challenge and fun be in that?

I am going to admitt this to you readers (yes all two of you lol) I am a hopeless romantic. I love chick flicks, I read romance novels ALL THE TIME, and I am the loser who always roots for the main girl in the TV series to fall in love. The downside of this is quite simple actually. Its disheartening to see so many couples fighting or getting divorced and i can't help but want a little romance for myself. People laugh, but it seems that there is so little actual romance left in today's society. It seems all relationships boil down to the three letter word. SEX! If she/he is hot, go for it. But if she/he is more focused on intelligence or character, then that person is written off as 'friend only, DO NOT DATE!'. Or sometimes two people are together and its perfect but one or both want to focus on their careers. Don't hear what I'm not saying, there is nothing wrong with wanting to have a successful career. I just think that everything seems to come before love, true love to be exact. I know you are probably reading this and rolling your eyes at my 'silly-ness' which is perfectly acceptable. I was just in the mood to rant so i did :)   it probably doesn't help that i just finished reading a romance novel that has me mentally sighing and longing for someone to simply complete me ( yes i realize how COMPLETELY CORNY that sounded but there it is). It also doesn't help that i finished off my chocolate cake last night lol. Oh, well thats all folks....

HI! ok so I'm kinda getting used to the night life but not all the way because i miss my friends, tuesday nights at the Realm, and i actually miss hanging with my family (weird right? lol jk I LOVE YOU MOM!) Today is FRIDAY which should mean that when i come home from work at 1 in the morning that i can sleep until i decide to awaken but tomorrow is the city wide garage sale which is something I'm SO NOT going to miss. Even if it means getting up at the unholy hour of 7 o'clock IN THE MORNING!!!! But i get to chill with my mom which is normally pretty cool, unless of course creepy guys in the Walmart parking lot are involved (long story), so it will all work out. Although I'm warning the general public, if you see me Saturday morning, do not approach, i repeat DO NOT APPROACH! If you do approach you are either really really brave or really really really wishing your life to end. I say this with love lol i could  be a jerk and not warn you right? Oooh i forgot to tell you. My friend / adopted grandmother Rachel is trying to matchmake me with this guy i have never met before and my friend Arielle is trying to make me ask this guy out who reminds me of this other guy who i was head over heels for until i realized he had a stick up his admittedly cute butt :)... Confusing right? Thats all for now

The Breakfast club at Night

So i have a few buddies at work now that totally make the job WAY more interesting :)   It kind of makes me think of the movie Breakfast Club. There is no making out and come to think of it, no cute guys either. But its an odd bunch to be sure. this girl Tara is the youngest followed closely by yours truely. Then there are 3 or 4 people who are old enough to be my grandparents. Although that dont talk like it at all. In fact one of them even has A FACEBOOK! I KNOW! I was shocked when i found out too. Then there is Michael who just gets on all the girl's nerves mostly because he calls us weird ( we all know its true BUT STILL!)  Anyways..... I'm slowly getting used to going to bed around 2 in the morning and then getting up around noon to eat breakfast. The weekends are weird though. Sorry i blabbed so much about work.... So how are you?

There was no clown

Hey everyone who may or may not being reading this. I started my new job on Wednesday and it wasn't what i expected. I assumed data entry but in reality its ALOT of file pulling and paper sorting. It gets boring at times but i have a few buddies there already and i can listen to my music while doing it. I'm sad to report that there are no cute guys though lol. Anyways last night the company had a small carnival for the employees which was interesting and it got us out of working for 2 hours lol. I am still not used to going to work at 4:30pm and coming home at 1:00AM. I'm not sure how long it will be til I update my blog again so I just wanted to give you a heads up. Oh, there was no clown at the carnival. Which of course i didn't mind because honestly, they FREAK me out! Thats all for now.

Stick Figures ARE TOO ART!!!

So.... yeah, this one time at band camp.... lol jk. My mind kind of blanked and that was  the only thing that jumped aboard so i figured,  Why not? Anyways, I got really REALLY good news today. I FINALLY got this job that i have been waiting for FOREVER (which was actually a little over 2 weeks). I will be the proud owner of a DESK JOB!!! I can see some of you getting the glazed look in your eye and saying " Desk? You mean like with a computer? and paperwork?" Now your eyes are going from glazed to terrorized. Yes I WANTED a desk job. But don't worry, by me taking this job i am opening up a job at my previous place of employment. This job involved alot of saying "Do you want chips and a soda with that?" You can totally have THAT job. No computer involved or paperwork :)   The other interesting thing about this new job is that my hours will be from 4:30 pm to 1:00 AM!! Which I'm excited about because it means that i dont have to get up til 3:00 pm EVERY DAY!!  Anyways I really don't have much more to tell you except that i read someone's blog and this person drew stick people to go along with their blog and it  was AWESOME and really funny. Also and this is BIG! Starbucks has Hot Chocolate!!! ( do you hear the angels singing?) and AND its made with Godiva chocolate! Which is basically as close as many of us are going to get to discovering a hinden chest filled with treasure.

A whole bunch of Nothing

Today was one of those days, that if it were a recorded tv show, one would probably fast foward to the commericals (one 'm' or two? i don't remember). I think the biggest thing i discovered today is another one of my many faults. I never realized how annoying i am lol!  In my mind things are constantly bouncing around and sometimes .... ok ALOT of times i open my mouth and let my thoughts fly without a care to the consquences. To everyone who has been bothered by this habit, I sincerely (gah! did i spell that wrong too?) apologize. Although if I may, I would like to explain just a little, so one could understand my madness, as it were. I grew up in books, so i was quiet and shy ( I KNOW! everyone is shocked to hear that but its TRUE). One day i got tired of being polite 24/7 and quiet and well nice. So i decided i wanted to be ME whoever/whatever that is. And well apparently ME is a loud mouthed, opiniated annoying person. WHO KNEW?  That is all for today but i would like to leave you with the following quote to ponder, if you so choose.
